We were looking to replace two dilapidated sofas and two equally dilapidated chairs, plus reupholster an old favourite.  Our aim was a vague ‘smartening up’ of two rooms through these pieces of furniture, while maintaining the comfort level.  After a lot of anquished searching for upholstereres to transfer our needs and visions into reality we happened upon Highly Sprung. From Glenis’ first visit to advise and quote, it was clear that we had hit gold.  All of our ideas were listened to positively and built on through understanding, experience, skill and a very fine aesthetic eye.  Every aspect of the job was thoroughly thought out – not just in relation to our vision for the rooms and their usage but also in relation to our personal physical needs (our height and shapes, the way we sit!) as well as our comfort levels.  Glenis was interested, knowledgeable and cared about our needs, striving to exceed them with the quality and craftsmanship of what she knew she could provide.  Her eye for colour and detail, knowledge of fabric and form transformed our rooms into comfortable, sophisticated expressions of ourselves.  Every step of the process with Highly Sprung was a pleasure – an interesting, exciting, ‘fun’  journey.  Every member of staff we dealt with had that same passion and pride in the art and draft of producing a quality, aesthetically pleasing product that suited individuals’ needs and tastes.  The final touches of understated elegant cushions to tie the pieces together seemed to elevate the already pleasing effect.  In short: Glenis and all the staff we dealt with at Highly Sprung were a delight to work with; the chairs and sofas the most comfortable we’ve had for years, and the final ‘look’ so chic, yet so ‘us’ that we often simply stand and admire the whole space.

Hi Glenis,

Glenis and the team at Highly Sprung Furniture made what was shaping as a very difficult task into a delightful experience.

From the very beginning communication was always frequent (I was contacted within 24 hours and asked if photos could be sent and a estimate produced within 2 days) and I was kept informed of the progress of the recovering of my club lounge couch, two armchairs, curtains etc.

Glenis was very professional in her approach and nothing was too much trouble including visiting my home in the CBD and helping with the design of curtains, cushions, wallpaper and throws.

Her team in the factory were also very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. Tom and co gave me absolute confidence that the vision of what I had hoped for would be delivered. I was not disappointed.

Cannot thank the team at Highly Sprung highly enough and will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

The couch looks stunning and I have had many enthusiastic comments on it, it really does look beautiful!

The outdoor furniture and the 2 chairs have come to life as the recovered cushions have complimented them no end! Each piece is exactly how I imagined, perhaps even better!
